Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, curious, or wanted to connect with themselves more deeply. No prior experience needed—just bring a willingness to learn and breathe. Yoga teachers can stay after class for an add-on 1-hour Continuing Education credit about how to teach pranayama ($45 additional charge).
